If your baggage has been delayed or damaged, it is important to make a baggage claim with a JetBlue crewmember while you're at the airport.
If you need to make the claim once you've left the airport, please call the JetBlue Baggage Service Office within four hours after arrival.

If you’re following up on a baggage claim, Central Baggage Services can be reached from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. MT Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at 1-866-538-5438.
White Plains/Westchester does not have a jetbridge and boarding is done via the airstairs. A wheelchair lift is used for customes in a wheelchair or for those who are unable to ascend stairs.
Permitting weather and other circumstances, White Plains/Westchester may offer boarding and deplaning from both the front and back of the aircraft.

Our ticket counter is located in the Main Terminal on the end of the counter next to Northwest and is open from 5 a.m. until 9 p.m.
We recommend you arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to departure. Avoid delays by checking for traffic alerts, and allow enough time to go through TSA screening, particularly during holidays and peak travel days. Please note, JetBlue has cutoff times for baggage check in, and also for check in at the departure gate; JetBlue will not be responsible for expenses incurred due to late check in.

Government issued identification is required for all customers 18 years of age and over. Identification is not required for any person under the age of 18.
The name on the ID must match the name in the reservation.

Photo identification is required for both parties who drop off and pick up an unaccompanied minor. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted without the guardian's photo ID.
When a gate pass is issued, it is the TSA's decision as to whether a young child, in addition to the unaccompanied minor, may pass through security with the adult.

Parents/guardians who are dropping off their minors may NOT leave the airport until the following criteria are met:
In the event of a gate return, a JetBlue Crewmember will contact the parent/guardian so that he/she can immediately return to the airport to meet their minor. Please note, the parent/guardian must request a gate pass at the airport ticket counter to pick up their minor at the departure gate.

When picking up an unaccompanied minor, one person may receive a gate pass to proceed into the arrivals area to meet the minor. Please arrive at the airport no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival.
In cases where a flight arrives after the ticket counter is closed, the pick up person should proceed directly to baggage claim to meet the minor.
The child will only be released to the person indicated on the unaccompanied minor form or on the reservation and that person must present their government issued photo ID.
If you need to have someone paged, please ask the airline to page them from the ticket counter.
